The CrossMembers CC exist to provide an identity to those that desire to share their faith with fellow rodders. We are an interdenominational association of Christian Hot Rod and Custom Car enthusiasts who understand that the club is foremost a ministry to unsaved Rodders. Club members uphold the following fundamental beliefs:
1. We believe that there is one God in the form of three persons: The Father and The Son and The Holy Spirit.
2. We believe in the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ being both man and God, His virgin birth, His death at Calvary on a cross, His resurrection from the dead and His second coming.
3. We believe that the Holy Bible is the inspired and infallible Word of God that all mankind are sinners and in need of salvation and that the only hope of redemption is through the shed blood of Jesus Christ.
With these truths in mind we humbly follow the teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ being bound together in brotherly love and bearing witness to the Gospel in the hope of “winning” unsaved souls through this ministry. Having said that, the CrossMembers have adopted Titus 1:7-9 (NIV) 7 Since an overseer is entrusted with God’s work, he must be blameless—not overbearing, not quick-tempered, not given to drunkenness, not violent, not pursuing dishonest gain. 8 Rather he must be hospitable, one who loves what is good, who is self-controlled, upright, holy and disciplined. 9 He must hold firmly to the trustworthy message as it has been taught, so that he can encourage others by sound doctrine and refute those who oppose it.
Members are held to a very high standard in word and action. We represent Christ to a world that may or may not know Christ as their savior. We act as missionaries to an unsaved world, sharing our testimonies of what God has done for us. On our CMcc cross logo, you will see Hebrews 12:2 (NIV) 2 Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
